Deliveries

What areas do you deliver to?+

We currently cover active zones across the GTA, including Downtown Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough. Bramalea and Willowdale are coming soon.

What are your delivery times?+

Evening pickup for next-day delivery, or morning pickup by 9:30am for same-day. There's no price difference between the two.

Do you offer tracking?+

Every delivery comes with photo proof of completion. Live GPS tracking isn't available yet, but it's on our roadmap.

What types of items can you deliver?+

Packages under 15 lbs and no larger than 18"×18"×18" — a good fit for most e-commerce grocery and dry goods orders.

What happens if a delivery can't be completed?+

We hold the package for 48 hours and attempt re-delivery. The re-delivery fee is waived for founding clients during their first 6 months.

How do I file a claim if something's lost or damaged?+

Claims can be filed within 5 business days of delivery. Liability is capped at $75 per package.
